The process for obtaining a license is as follows:

1) Install the License Management Suite either from the supplied DVD or bla bla bla

2)  Once the software is installed, open the License Utility and
   press the 'License File Request' button where you will be asked for your
   Activation Code. Copy and paste it from this email.

3) Save the Hostid file that is created (an XML file which must not be edited)
   and then email it to your local Support Agent.
 
4) You will receive a license file back by email after a short time
   with instructions on how to use it.
