I had the same error (0x80070570) over and over with different DVDs (EMTEC, Verbatim) and isos. I even thought my dvd drive was faulty or something.

After recording 4-5 DVDs with no results, I solved it by downloading a different version of the W7 iso, unrared it then burned it at low speed (2,4x or 1x, I can´t reckon now) with ImgBurn. The problem was gone!

So be patient and keep on trying... As Dekker used to sing... you can get it if you really want!
