"I got the rear aero wiper from VAG Parts 2 years ago or so. This was the rear wiper from a Polo GTI, this was a big improvement on the standard, although about an inch shorter which was a bit of a niggle.
The blade has now become a bit worn so I replaced the rear aero wiper blade with one from a Touran. This still fits on the same Polo GTI wiper arm, but is the same length as the original avant wiper blade.

So to recap the parts you need are:

Polo/Mk V Rear Wiper Arm - 6Q6 955 707 = £12.18 +VAT

Polo/Mk V Rear Wiper Cap - 7M3 955 435 01 C = £0.97 +VAT

Touran Rear Aero Wiper Blade - 7E0 955 425 = £4.08 +VAT"
