For the '91 200 20V turbo quattro:
2.5 Bar chipset and pressure transducer kit for 3B engine and Motronic DME which facilitates 280 HP(208 KW). Chip mapping is comparable to higher priced chipsets and dyno tested at 280 HP without the wastegate spring. Although upgraded wastegate spring is not required, I now include the spring after testing revealed a significant peak and hold gain. Kit now includes Fuel Chip, Boost/Ignition chip, 2.5 Bar Pressure Transducer and wastegate spring at $280 or $235 without the pressure transducer (Use VMAP, Bosch or other suitable 2.5 Bar P.T). Installation $120.
3 Bar kit is now available. Kit includes Fuel Chip, Boost Chip, Wastegate spring, VMAP 40421 switchable pressure transducer (2.5-4 Bar) and instructions. Performance varies with setup, but in the 350+ range. Requires uprated injectors (38-45 lb. recommended) and RS2 equivalent turbo or higher. $465 - installation service $130.
